Founder
Layek Ahmed is the visionary founder of Dean Academy. With a passion for education and a commitment to excellence, Layek Ahmed established Dean Academy to provide top-quality learning experiences and foster a community of academic achievement. Under his leadership, the academy continues to thrive, offering innovative programs and a supportive environment for all students.
Fariha Jannat
Principal
Fariha oversees all educational operations of Dean Academy. She was raised in the USA and resides in New York. She has majored in Elementary Education and Islamic Studies. Fariha works closely with the Dean faculty, students, parents, and collaborating Institutes to ensure high educational standards and works to implement the academy’s vision in collaboration with the Dean Academy team.
Mufti Ubaidullah Awal
Advisor
Completed Hifz in Trenton, NJ, in 1997 He then traveled to multiple countries for higher Islamic education, completing His Alimiyyah Course in 2007 at Dhaka Bangladesh. He then completed O & A Levels under the British council on economics. Then, in 2014, he completed his Ifta Course from Dhaka, Bangladesh. He attended various workshops on the Maktab/Islamic Studies programs from countries where strong programs existed for the youth, such as the UK, South Africa, South America, Sri Lanka, India, Bangladesh etc. Since 2015 He has been coordinating with and providing support to hundreds of masjids, Islamic centers, and communities of the USA and globally to establish successful educational programs for the youth. He is the director of MESBA.org (Maktab Education Services Board of America).
Shiekh Don Levy Jamal

Sheikh Don Levy Jamal serves as the visionary advisor of Dean Academy. His deep passion for education and dedication to excellence have been key in shaping the academy’s mission to deliver high-quality learning experiences and cultivate a culture of academic success. With his strategic guidance, the academy continues to grow, introducing innovative programs and fostering a supportive environment for all students.
Mizanur Rahman
Operations
Mizan, holds a B.Sc in Computer Science and Engineering from Metropolitan University and is currently pursuing an M.Sc in Digital Marketing at the University of Bedfordshire, UK. Additionally, as the Chief Operating Officer at Syntaxive, Mizan leverages his extensive experience in technology and operations to drive innovative solutions and optimize processes at the school.
Sourov Mohammed Mohiuddin
Technology Strategist
Sourov, holds a B.Sc in Computer Science and Engineering from Metropolitan University and currently resides in Japan, where he also served as the CEO of Syntaxive. Sourov leverages his extensive technical expertise and leadership experience to drive innovative IT solutions and optimize the school's technology infrastructure.
